Over time, Jesper has mellowed out and left his issues behind. He has forgotten much about his life before Abraxas, including his gambling addiction. He has no real pull toward gambling anymore although will sometimes join humans in card games, but he can walk away from it. Warm and loving, he's started to appreciate life by bringing positive energy and love to the rest of the world. He is quick to answer prayers as long as both parties are consenting, and he punishes those who come to him trying to force people to their whims. The force of his love influence can lead people to becoming obsessive over each other but it is not intended. He cannot correct those changes of mind which does worry him sometimes.
Jesper likes humans and still takes a part in their lives. He wanders among them in a normal form or he may go around as a rabbit or crow (pictures below). He often parties with the Feywilds and shows them the most amount of influence, leading to orgies sometimes. He often is a patron of the Ikorr Epuluum parties to let their freak flag fly. He avoids the Free Cities but he still carries guns of his own, now ridiculously large. He is somewhat permissive of his friends and doesn't get in the middle of their problems unless he thinks they're going too far and he is worried for their sanity. Generally he does care about humans and wants to make love, not war.
Hilda and Jesper have their own business, some details below, but they kept close to humans.

Jesper looks like what you'd expect of a God of Love (Cherished). He always looks beautiful, often not wearing shirts to show off his perfect dark-skinned body. His hair is usually a longer tousled black shade or a shocking short white. He looks permanently like the hottest Instagram filter there is, like everyone would wish they could look like. He does mostly carry the same physical features in his face since he thinks he's hot already, it's more the addition of an overall extra handsomeness. There is a permanent allure about him that does make people feel like they're falling in love at first sight. Being around him can be an aphrodisiac unintentionally. His once gray eyes are lightened to a bright silver. Sometimes he has Fey ears as he is fond of them.
Sometimes Jesper appears with giant crow wings as a reminder of who he was before. Occasionally Jesper appears as a glowing flying rabbit to people before turning into any of his other forms. He flies more often around human areas in a crow form.
Once upon a time there was a boy named Jesper Fahey who was born on a farm and became a member of the criminal Crows/Dregs as a teenager. He hid his powers and was full of fear and shame over his addiction. That boy is lost to time and no longer remembered, outside of occasional crow wings or a crow transformation. He remembers only occasional early memories about early Abraxas days, mostly surrounding his relationship to other people. He recalls his lovers and that they've been together a very long time. He believes that Sam Wilson is truly his father and they are family.
Jesper does not remember every single year in this world as 800 years went by quickly, but he remembers love and acceptance and friendship. He does know that he hasn't always been this way, but that he thinks he's great and has an aura of confidence at all times. He is happy in his current life.

Because of that, the two of them decided in more modern times to take on human personas and make a business again. They create "retro" fashion designs and live among humans sometimes to keep themselves entertained and connected. Over time, Jesper married both Kaz and Mat.

Abilities
Affection Influence
Jesper can encourage people to be more loving and affectionate toward one another. This can be platonic, familial, or romantic. He'll encourage people to be more empathic to even their enemies or neighbors, and to make peace with one another. He answers prayers frequently to inspire closer bonds.
Sexual Influence
As essentially the God of Love, Jesper influences romantic and sexual feelings between people. This might be as simple as a mild aphrodisiac so people enjoy their time together or encourage people to confess their love more honestly than they ordinarily would do. He can also be requested to help with fertility, although his leaning is more virility, but it's still inspirational.
Silver Tongue
When Jesper talks, people tend to listen and they get enraptured with his words. His whole appearance and persona are made to appeal to others, but he can keep a completely captive audience just by talking about the weather. He can persuade people to do just about anything he wants when his tongue sounds particularly honeyed. He can inspire them into a frenzy if he wants to. When he is using this power on a mortal, they are incapable of telling lies.
Emotion Manipulation
On the slightly darker side, Jesper can sometimes inspire people to a variety of strong emotions they might not naturally. When he's in a rare bad mood he might cause bad moods in others and the more negative versions of his powers with causing jealousy and possessiveness. On the positive end, he can cool tempers down and give people a sense of peace and calm.
Psychic Scream/Banshee Scream
When Jesper gets mad or decides to just for the hell of it, he can unleash a verbal scream that rattles the space around him. Not only can it cause physical damage of a minor earthquake in response, it can mess with people's minds and hurt them or cause them to stir up emotionally.
Blessings
As a note, any of these abilities can be given as blessings to his worshippers. He is unlikely to give them silver tongue or his greater abilities, but he will allow them the ability to inflame emotions or inspire positive feelings, and for the lie detection gift.
